“I have travelled from the United Kingdom to receive treatment at Yonsei Heal Dental Hospital on more than one occasion, and I feel it is important to write about my experience as a whole, rather than simply my most recent procedure.

During my previous visit, I underwent extensive dental treatment, including the placement of six dental implants. From the outset, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, skill and standard of care I received. The treatment was carefully explained and carried out with great attention to detail, which gave me considerable confidence in returning to Korea to continue my treatment.

I would particularly like to thank Jieun, who has been wonderful throughout my visits. Travelling from the UK for dental treatment requires considerable organisation, and her kindness, patience and assistance have made the entire experience much easier. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.

I am equally grateful to the dentist and the entire clinical team. Their professionalism, gentleness and attention to patient comfort have been outstanding. I have always felt that I was in extremely capable and caring hands.
